ONEWS · 1WorldSync Content Connector

24 countries.
All the product data.
Zero holidays.

Meet our hardest-working colleague: a small daemon that tours the world on repeat, collecting product data from 1WorldSync so the rest of Rejoose never has to guess what a product actually is.

Daemon thinks Asking 1WorldSync very politely for more product data…

What is ONEWS?

Our connector to the 1WorldSync (formerly CNET) Content Connector. It imports product data for 24 countries into one MySQL database per country.

What do we import?

Everything 1WorldSync knows about a product: specs, attributes, categories, descriptions and identifiers, so we can match products reliably.

Does it ever stop?

No. When it finishes the last country it goes straight back to the first. We've tried to talk to it about work-life balance.
